Art exhibition by Tiiu Piibur "The Prayer of Nature" is open from 29.5 to 30.6.2025

Artist Tiiu Piibur’s latest exhibition The Prayer of Nature

This is not just an art exhibition – it is an intense journey into your primal sense of connection.

The Prayer of Nature invites the viewer to experience each painting individually – without judgment, but with an open heart, feeling its unique essence.

A palette in green

Inspired by a deep dialogue with nature, Tiiu presents large-format works (125 × 80 cm) where abstraction and figurative art merge. These paintings speak to the depths of the soul and dissolve the boundary between human and nature. Each artwork is a story in itself – a fragment of a larger, organic whole.

“To care for yourself is to care for nature,”
says the artist. “This is a prayer about our essence – who we are, and whether we wish to remain part of this whole.”

Opening: May 29, 2025 at 18:00.

The exhibition remains open until June 30.
You are warmly welcome!

A Journey into Our Primal Intuition

The exhibition The Prayer of Nature was born from a long and profound dialogue with nature, its roots reaching back to 2018. That year, as part of Estonia’s centenary celebrations, I created two paintings – Eesti kuld (Estonian Gold) – which sparked a new wave of exploration and experience around the theme of nature. It was a calling to see both myself and humanity as one with nature’s frequency, to sense harmony and wholeness.

It is the ability to see the world through the prism of nature – to awaken in the viewer a long-forgotten primal intuition.
Moments portrayed in abstraction resonate in the deepest layers of the soul. Each painting carries its own story, a moment born independently, arriving to me over time. I serve as a medium – a messenger of what nature wants to reveal.
Nature, as the cradle and creator of both our body and consciousness.

These paintings form a whole – interconnected by a visual narrative – yet each one also speaks its own, independent story. As we follow this narrative, the line between human and nature begins to blur.
Who is perceiving whom?
Who is in dialogue with whom?

In the end, all merges into one deep, organic green unity.

“To care for yourself is to care for nature. They cannot be separated. Our primal elements merge, creating a Wholeness of Being that reveals itself through deeper feeling,”
reflects the artist.

“This is a question about the essence of our existence: why are we here, who are we really, and do we wish to remain part of this wholeness – supporting nature, and in doing so, also ourselves?”

The Prayer of Nature invites the viewer to experience each painting with openness – free from judgment – and to connect with the unique essence each one holds.
