You are warmly welcome!

Gallery is open during exhibitions from Wednesday to Saturday from  14 to 18 or by appointments.
The exhibition “The Gravity of Emotions” presents a series of abstract works by artist Sergei Inkatov, exploring the human inner world that, in turn, shapes our emotional experience.

Inkatov’s artistic language is defined by bold contrasts of colour, where colour, texture, and rhythm create new fields of meaning. His works do not offer direct or easily readable narratives, nor do they depict recognisable forms. Instead, they construct a world of their own, inviting the viewer to engage with each piece on a personal and intuitive level.

From this encounter emerges an experience in which emotions are not prescribed, but genuinely felt.

This series of paintings brings together works whose multilayered surfaces and dynamic compositions create a variety of emotional associations for the viewer. The depth and movement of colour invite us to slow down and turn our attention inward — towards those subtle feelings that often remain in the background of everyday life.

In 1989, the Armenian–Azerbaijani conflict forced the artist’s family to leave Baku. Since 1994, he has lived and worked in Tallinn.
